Project Overview
This was a Self-initiated redesign proposal for SoundCloud’s official website and desktop music platform. As a UI/UX designer, I identified usability and visual inconsistencies that didn't reflect the caliber of a leading global audio brand. The goal was to enhance the user experience and visual appeal of their landing page and platform interface making it more intuitive, polished, and engaging.
Role & Responsibilities
Audited the original experience and identified key UX and visual issues
Redesigned the landing page with clearer structure and stronger hierarchy
Refreshed the desktop platform UI for better usability and brand presence
Workflow
Identified UX issues and visual gaps through competitor comparison and heuristic evaluation.
Built wireframes and high-fidelity mockups using Figma to improve structure, hierarchy, and interaction.
Focused on brand consistency, accessibility, and a more premium aesthetic to match SoundCloud’s image.
